High in fibre and extremely low in saturated fat, green mungbeans are a versatile legume that is popular all around the world. Superior to other beans for protein, our green mungbeans can be fermented, cooked (as whole beans or split) or milled into flour.
Black Mungbeans (Urid) are well suited to many of the growing climates in Australia. Urid is widely used throughout North America and Europe in Indian cuisines. Urid is used to make Papadums.
